- The product is found to be expired at the time of delivery.
Important Guidelines:
- Any claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing ( add email id after purchase ) with order details and clear photos/videos as proof.
- Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging for eligibility.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of dislike of fragrance, texture, or personal preference.
